Introduction
findslink does not ship products directly. Your purchasing agent handles warehouse receipt, packing, customs documents, international shipping and delivery.
How Shipping Works
- Order placement: the agent buys from the Chinese seller.
- Warehouse and QC: the item arrives in about 2-5 days, is inspected and photographed.
- International shipping: after approval, the agent ships the consolidated parcel to you.
Common Methods
- Postal lines such as EMS: usually lower cost and around 10-20 business days.
- Express couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS: faster and more expensive.
Shipping Tips
- Consolidate orders, check restricted items, declare accurately and consider insurance for valuable parcels.
