These site terms explain how the FindsLink catalog works. FindsLink lets you browse product listings and choose a third-party buying agent. FindsLink is not the checkout, payment provider, shipping provider or the buying agent for your order.

Product information

Product images, descriptions, prices, availability and sales information are provided for browsing and comparison. A displayed price is a reference price before shipping and may change. Check the selected item, options, availability, total charges and delivery terms on the buying agent’s website before placing an order.

Orders on other websites

When you choose an agent, you leave FindsLink and complete any registration, payment and order on that agent’s website. The agent’s own terms and policies govern its service, including fees, payment, delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds. For an existing order, contact that agent directly.

Links and referrals

Some agent links include referral codes, and FindsLink may receive a benefit when you use them. External websites are operated by their respective providers. Please review their information and policies before using their services.

Site issues and updates

We may correct listings or change site features as information changes. If you notice a broken listing or a FindsLink site issue, contact us through the WhatsApp link shown on our homepage. You can also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie & Local Storage Policy.
